The company exclusively represents a portfolio of best-in-class and historical luxury brands from Europe, providing high-quality interior design solutions for all areas of the home, including: kitchen, dining, wardrobe, bath and other furnishings.

Working with the company is a special opportunity to represent some of the world’s most well-respected luxury interior brands, including Poggenpohl – the world’s oldest and #1 premium kitchen brand since 1892 and Vispring — luxury beds from London and supplier for the royal family since 1901. 

REPORTS TO

Business Development Director, General Director

GENERAL PURPOSE

Produce and execute an annual business results-driven marketing and communications strategy for the company and affiliated brands, supporting the company’s sales targets and other KPI. Communicate all portfolio brands professionally and according to guidelines. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Develop annual marketing strategy and action plan for approval including budget, Human Resources, online and offline activities tied to business results, brand development or other important KPI.
  • Oversee department personnel and coach to achieve annual goals and kpi.
  • Implement internal and external training programs, key meetings, and reporting structures as needed.
  • Implement PR and communications plans with media partners
  • Support planning and organization of events
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media etc
  • Coordinate with outsourced suppliers to implement activities
  • Adhere to all company operating procedures and brand guidelines
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all products and services and key selling propositions.
  • Maintain clear understanding and profile of the company’s target client, location, needs and desires.
  • Maintain high standards of ethics and professional appearance
  • Develop strong partner and client networks.
  • Support with key Business to Business relationships and proposals for Project sales.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5-7 years of proven high performance in marketing management roles in luxury furnishings, real estate, luxury retail, or other related fields with a portfolio that demonstrates past success.
  • High quality formal education in related fields with university degree and demonstrated high performance. Foreign or overseas university preferred. 
  • Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Ability to formulate creative and complex strategies
  • Ability to read, write and evaluate sophisticated copy writing for professional publication.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing strategies including social media, SEO, SEA, etc.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the luxury brand market and related sales and communication strategies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of design software
  • Broad PR network
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Competitive base salary – based on market rate for level of experience
  • % bonus available based on fulfillment of department goals and kpi
  • Other allowances for building long-term relationships with customers and partners
