GENERAL PURPOSE
Produce and execute an annual business results-driven marketing and communications strategy for the company and affiliated brands, supporting the company’s sales targets and other KPI. Communicate all portfolio brands professionally and according to guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Develop annual marketing strategy and action plan for approval including budget, Human Resources, online and offline activities tied to business results, brand development or other important KPI.
- Oversee department personnel and coach to achieve annual goals and kpi.
- Implement internal and external training programs, key meetings, and reporting structures as needed.
- Implement PR and communications plans with media partners
- Support planning and organization of events
- Oversee digital marketing, social media etc
- Coordinate with outsourced suppliers to implement activities
- Adhere to all company operating procedures and brand guidelines
- Maintain complete knowledge of all products and services and key selling propositions.
- Maintain clear understanding and profile of the company’s target client, location, needs and desires.
- Maintain high standards of ethics and professional appearance
- Develop strong partner and client networks.
- Support with key Business to Business relationships and proposals for Project sales.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5-7 years of proven high performance in marketing management roles in luxury furnishings, real estate, luxury retail, or other related fields with a portfolio that demonstrates past success.
- High quality formal education in related fields with university degree and demonstrated high performance. Foreign or overseas university preferred.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to formulate creative and complex strategies
- Ability to read, write and evaluate sophisticated copy writing for professional publication.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing strategies including social media, SEO, SEA, etc.
- Demonstrated understanding of the luxury brand market and related sales and communication strategies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of design software
- Broad PR network
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
