Responsibilities

We are seeking a Backend Developer with a creative mind and a passion for Blockchain to join our team and help shape how we communicate the potential of blockchain technology to the world.

Core responsibilities include:

• Support and enhance existing settlement infrastructure.
• Develop, test, and optimize APIs for pulling crypto asset data from various counterparties and block explorers.
• Design and implement backends for web3 products, Blockchains, DAOs and Smart Contracts.
• Proficient and highly experienced with back-end programming languages and frameworks.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to facilitate easy and efficient data retrieval.
• Participate in technical case interviews.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of software development experience, from design to deployment and monitoring in production, using TS/JS (Node.js).
• Experience with cloud platforms: Amazon AWS (especially Serverless), Google Cloud.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, domain-driven design, resilience patterns, and microservices.
• Knowledge of Microservices and service oriented architectures (SOA), especially Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience working with GraphQL, MongoDB,…
• Team player: You are passionate about working with talented teammates. Your heart beats for receiving and giving feedback, to grow both personally and as an engineer.
• Familiarity with web3 and blockchain development is beneficial.
