ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Design
  • Develop and communicate deep style and technical knowledge of all the company’s brands and products 
  • Create full project designs from concept through detailed drawing, integrating company’s brands 
  • Create design proposals for clients
  • Develop 2D, 3D, technical drawings for projects 
• Supporting Technical Functions

• • Coordinate with Order Department to ensure that order confirmations are in keeping with design
  • General QC work to ensure installation / construction works of projects are matching with design
• Internal Functions
  • Organize /attend training activities as needed
  • Draft and contribute to company procedures as needed
  • Other jobs according to assigned work
  • Attend required meetings on time and prepared 
• Reporting
  • Contribute to Customer Account Review Report 
  •  Weekly Order report
  • Installation Report
  • Other reporting as required 

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• University / technical degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years technical experience in luxury furniture retail / design / real estate company
• Maintain understanding and networks, trends in real estate industry 

SKILLS

• Communicate fluently in both Vietnamese and English
• Capability to use Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other design software 
• Capability to use order software systems provided by company Professional appearance and presentation
• Teamwork and leadership skills
