HR MANAGER | Blockchain Technology



Our client, a pioneering company in Blockchain technology, seeks an innovative HR Manager dedicated to fostering a creative and problem-solving work culture.

Objectives of the Role:

  • Refine and execute employee standards and procedures utilizing HR systems.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts and conduct orientation and training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance and recommend procedural enhancements for efficiency.
  • Identify areas for internal procedure improvement and team restructuring.


  • Manage staffing, from recruiting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Maintain updated, compliant job descriptions.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide coaching and counseling.
  • Handle workplace investigations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Uphold employee and workplace privacy.
  • Design a market-based compensation strategy and conduct salary reviews.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and regulations.
  • Partner with management to align HR goals with business strategies.
  • Maintain HR systems, conduct performance reviews, and support HR staff.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends and implement retention strategies.


  • Proven experience in a similar HR role.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management with knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Experience in staff education, conflict resolution, and privacy maintenance.


  • Salary: Up to $1,000 NET (review 2 times/year).
