Job Requirements

Supervise electrical works according to the approved operation plan.

Supervise, inspect, and evaluate electrical activities to ensure they meet the project’s goals and departmental objectives.

Monitor and coordinate with relevant departments to promptly resolve issues during implementation.

Handle project adjustments and deviations that do not comply with approved construction content.

Prepare reports and store project documentation as required.

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Supervise the operation of electrical equipment at the site. Coordinate and develop plans for new projects including 22kV grid substations, 110kV substations, and other related projects.

Regularly review and evaluate the electrical system to ensure safe and effective performance, promptly report and resolve any potential electrical failures.

Assist department heads in improving operational efficiency and/or reducing operational costs.
Skills & Experience
-
University degree in Electrical Engineering or related major / Electrical Supervision Certificate.

Solid knowledge of electrical engineering and construction.
-
Experience in design, planning, bidding, and electrical construction projects of 110kV and above.

Strong leadership skills in supervising electrical systems, checking progress and quality, and ensuring contractors perform in compliance with technical requirements and project agreements (Quality – Volume – Time).

Experience in management, operations, troubleshooting electrical systems, preferably 110kV systems.

Prefer candidates familiar with construction laws, management, operations, and business economics.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

Strong communication and English writing skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
