Position Overview
The group is seeking a senior investment professional to join its global Investment and Capital Markets team, based in the United States. This role will play a critical part in executing fundraising and capital formation activities for the group and key subsidiaries across public and private capital markets.
The position requires close interaction with global financial institutions, institutional investors, senior executives, and board level stakeholders.
Location
United States, preferred hubs include New York, San Francisco, or other major financial centers.
This role is open to expatriate candidates. Vietnamese background is strongly preferred but not required.
Interview Process
Initial screening with the Human Resources team, followed by final interviews with senior leadership and the Vice Chairman of the Group.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute capital raising initiatives across public and private markets for assigned group entities.
- Manage end to end fundraising processes, including bank selection, RFP execution, and investor outreach.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with US based and global investment banks, private equity firms, credit funds, and institutional investors.
- Actively participate in investor roadshows, management presentations, and one on one investor meetings.
- Oversee development of investment materials, financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation.
- Partner closely with the Global CFO and senior finance leadership on capital structure, funding strategy, and transaction execution.
- Coordinate with the Investor Relations team to ensure consistent messaging to the analyst and investor community.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Finance team to align global fundraising initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Qualification
- 10 plus years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, private equity, corporate development, or related investment roles.
- Strong track record of executing capital raising transactions in US and international markets.
- Deep relationships with investment banks and institutional investors in the US market.
- Solid understanding of public equity, private equity, and debt capital markets.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, global, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English required.
