Job Requirements
- Own a niche market and run full 360 cycles from client brief to offer acceptance.
- Build and manage client relationships and generate qualified job orders.
- Source and assess candidates, present shortlists, coordinate interviews, and close.
- Advise on salary benchmarks, scorecards, and offer strategies.
- Maintain clean pipelines and reporting on ATS and CRM.
- Create simple market updates and salary snapshots to build your personal brand.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in agency recruitment or B2B sales. In-house TA with 360 exposure is welcome.
- Strong communication in English and Vietnamese. Consultative mindset and resilience.
- Organized, data-literate, proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, spreadsheets.
- Ownership attitude with drive to hit targets.
How success is measured
- Monthly billings, fill rate, time to offer and accept, interview to hire ratio, client and candidate NPS, pipeline quality.
