Job Requirements
- Lead the business development and sales strategy for EV charging infrastructure in the Philippines.
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with key stakeholders including government agencies, utilities, real estate developers, fleet operators, and other strategic partners.
- Manage end-to-end project development: from site identification, feasibility studies, and regulatory approvals, to deployment and operations.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through both public and private sector projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, legal, and operations to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and government policies related to EV and renewable energy.
- Represent the company in key meetings, conferences, and public engagements in the Philippines.
- Report regularly to the CEO/Group leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in business development or sales leadership, preferably in the energy, infrastructure, mobility, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of launching or expanding new business in the Philippines.
- Strong understanding of the EV ecosystem, renewable energy, or infrastructure development is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in [each country] or local dialects is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the country and occasionally across Southeast Asia.
