1. Overview

Our Client is a leading provider of a modern, comprehensive quality management platform. Since its launch, the company has experienced tremendous growth, serving over 100,000 users across 30,000 teams of all shapes and sizes. Many of these teams are from the Fortune Global 500. The company is recognized as a top automation tool by prestigious review sites, including Gartner, Capterra, and IT Central Station.

To enable all product capabilities to move up in the evolution of Autonomous Testing, the company sought a high-caliber professional to direct product development and ensure a high return on investment. However, the talent pool was small, as such professionals were in high demand and short supply in Vietnam. As a result, they decided to seek external help from AWC Information Technology specialist consultants.

2. Challenges

a. Niche skill sets, extensive scope of work
– Proven experience as a Product Manager in large-scale Software as a Service (SaaS).
– The pool of qualified candidates was small.

b. Non-attractive salary: The initial salary range was not attractive enough for the high-level requirements and extensive scope of work.
