Asia White Collar Appoints Ms. Trần Thị Ngọc Thảo as Senior Director of Ho Chi Minh City Branch

Asia White Collar Joint Stock Company has officially appointed Ms. Trần Thị Ngọc Thảo as Senior Director of its Ho Chi Minh City branch.

In her new role, Ms. Thảo will oversee operations, lead the company’s strategic expansion plans, foster a united and capable team, and further strengthen Asia White Collar’s (AWC) core competencies. Prior to joining AWC, Ms. Thảo was the founder of the HR Talks community, which boasts over 70,000 active members and is currently regarded as one of the most reputable HR communities in Vietnam.

Ms. Thảo is widely recognized as a “locomotive” figure who brings people together and inspires young professionals with her work ethic and positive mindset. She is also known as a motivational speaker and the author of the article “Making Recruitment Services More Effective,” published by VNHR.

Ms. Thảo shared a work philosophy that she upholds as a personal “creed” in the HR industry: “To build a strong organizational culture, each employee must deeply understand and apply the core values, rather than just seeing them framed and hung on the walls.”
